Excluded scenarios should not be included into ScenarioSuccessful count

            Description

            Excluded scenarios should not be included into ScenarioSuccessful count. Let's say we have story with 5 scenarios and metafilter will exclude 3 of them. This story will be reported then with 5 Total Scenarios, 5 Successful Scenarios and 3 Excluded.
