GivenStories and Examples keywords should only be parsed after newline

            Description

            In line with the requirement of steps keywords appear at beginning of line, the GivenStories and Examples keywords should be treated similarly.

            This would allow the corresponding portions of the scenario to be commented out by !-- on demand.
