Allow configuration of Freemarker TemplateLoader based on ClassLoader rather than Class

The Freemarker TemplateLoader is based on the Class which does not always play well with all runtime envs, in particular Maven.

It would be better to have the TemplateLoader based on the ClassLoader, which can default to the Class one.
